Our passion is to make our customers' bathtimes a time of relaxing with wonderful oils, butters and enchanting fragrances in all our products. We are a small family run business based in Hastings, East Sussex where creating beautiful products to enhance your bathtime and fill your homes with wonderful aromas is our passion. We are always seeking new ingredients and recipes to enhance moisturising benefits to your skin whilst keeping our products as natural as possible without losing the fun factor. Our products are made in small batches by hand, this is to ensure the quality is maintained and to guarantee that you receive products that are freshly made to give you the best experience when using them. Our products are rigorously tested before they are sold and go through regular testing to ensure consistency and quality. We are constantly seeking new natural and organic ingredients to add to our products. We keep our packaging simple to enable us to reduce costs and pass this saving onto our customers in our prices. We are constantly introducing new products which are Vegan and Vegetarian friendly. Penelope's Melts is fully insured and adheres to all EU Regulations and we are Members of The Guild of Soap Makers.
