HAJ Estates, a family run property investment, development and management business with over 40 years’ experience building productive joint venture partnerships with developers throughout the UK. Our existing investment portfolio is a mixture of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. We are also experienced property developers, seeking out opportunities to bring existing projects through to a profitable completion. These developments are then either added to our existing portfolio or released to the market, based on the best business decision for ourselves and/or our partners. In all cases our focus is on building mutually productive business relationships that yield an excellent long-term return on investment for everyone involved. Our business is built on a family tradition of entrepreneurial integrity and business intelligence, that recognises and exploits opportunities within the property market. This approach has seen our company go from strength to strength over more than four decades, building on the foundations laid by our founder Mr Awtar S Johal.
